I posted one of my favorite easy smoothie recipes a few weeks ago to go along with my Freezing Fresh Fruit tip, so I thought I would post another one. These smoothies are so simple, all you have to do is throw everything in a blender.
And once again, I know this isn’t much of a recipe, but I thought I would show how I make smoothies.
Peach, Blueberry, & Banana Smoothie:
Active Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 peach greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries *I use frozen
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
1. Get all of your ingredient out and ready.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender. Any blender is fine, I use a small individual blender by Hamilton Beach – here is a link.
3. Blend until smooth, stirring if necessary. Enjoy!
