I have two excuses as to why I’ve been missing from my blog: pickles and tomato pie. Our garden started off the summer doing extremely well, but as usual the Ohio summer ruined it. We had way too much rain and not enough heat.
Orzo has to be my favorite pasta shape and it is so versatile. This salad is so simple and it tastes good cold or warm. It’s great as a side dish or as a main dish with the addition of chicken.
This is my favorite thing to make for dinner; it’s super easy, inexpensive and delicious. My favorite brand of pasta is Whole Foods 365 brand; it’s organic, imported, and cooks up really well.
