Handmade Gnocchi with Red Sauce

This is one of my favorite things to make for Sunday dinner. These little potato dumplings are delicious. They are good all by themselves, with butter and cheese or with a simple red sauce.

I love making these by hand, actually boiling the potatoes, making the dough, and hand rolling them. The outcome is so rewarding (and delicious).
